Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Leg Up Farm. Our volunteers are an integral part of the team in achieving our mission of improving the lives of children with special needs and their families through an effective combination of therapeutic programs and services, education, and advocacy.

Volunteer Opportunities

Both youth and adult volunteers will be chosen for their maturity, personal integrity, skills, patience, dependability, sensitivity and respect for our special needs children and their families.

All volunteers will be required to submit to a PA State Police Criminal Background Check in addition to PA Child Abuse History Clearances as a condition under the Child Protective Services Law.

Obtaining the necessary documentation and fees associated with it are the responsibility of the volunteer applicant.
