Keara is the Therapy Director at Leg Up Farm, as well as a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist, where she has provided services since 2021. Keara holds certifications in AEIOU Feeding, Beckman Oral Motor, SOFFI Feeding Fundamentals, the Learn Play Thrive Approach to Autism, and Interactive Metronome. She is dedicated to delivering individualized, high-quality care while supporting clinician growth and collaboration. Keara has experience across schools and outpatient settings, with clinical interests in play-based therapy, neurodivergent communication, and higher-level language and cognitive skills.
