Leg Up Farm’s mission is to enrich the lives of individuals and families with special needs and unique challenges, through support and customized programs. Since opening in 2010, we have provided services for more than 3,750 individuals.

Community Impact
Make an impact right away.
Leg Up Farm subsidizes or provides financial assistance for 80% of the therapy sessions we provide due to low Medicaid reimbursement rates and lack of insurance coverage for equine services. Contributions help Leg Up Farm remain accessible and affordable.
