Laney Copenheaver, PT, DPT

  • Specialties: Developmental delays, neurological conditions, sports injuries, pediatric rehabilitation

  • Laney is a Physical Therapist at Leg Up Farm who joined in 2026, bringing both pediatric and adult rehab experience across a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, medically complex daycare, schools, and early intervention. She is currently certified in Interactive Metronome and is actively pursuing her Pediatric Certification. Laney's areas of interest include neurological disorders, sports injuries, and general developmental delays in toddlers. Laney strives to make sessions feel fun and meaningful so that children can make progress toward their goals and improve independence and participation in daily life.
