Lauren has been a therapeutic riding instructor at Leg Up Farm since April of 2025. She is working towards becoming a PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor. During sessions, she pulls from her personal experience as an equestrian and professional experience working as a direct support staff. Her area of focus is working with beginner riders, teaching the basics of horsemanship, and supporting clients struggling with anxiety related to social environments and horses. Lauren is committed to providing a warm and welcoming environment while making riding accessible to all individuals.
