Pavilion Rental

Leg Up Farm’s pavilion is available to book April-October. Please review the terms below before booking your pavilion rental.

  • Rental time includes set up and tear down. You may not arrive early or stay late.

  • Pavilion rental includes use of the playground, music garden, games garden. Two outdoor restrooms are available.

  • You may NOT enter the locked pond area. Koi should be viewed from outside the fenced pond area.

  • Renters provide food and decorations. Alcoholic beverages and portable grills are NOT allowed. Picnic tables may NOT be removed from the pavilion. Balloons are NOT allowed.

  • Renters are responsible for ALL clean up. Trash receptacles are provided. Trash that does not fit should be taken. Failure to clean up will result in a $25 cleaning fee.

  • Cancellations made LESS THAN TWO WEEKS prior to the event will NOT be refunded. There are no refunds made in the event of bad weather.
