Q&A

Leg Up Farm is partnering with Family First Health to strengthen pediatric occupational, physical, and speech therapy services. Beginning in January 2027, Family First Health will assume operations of these services at Leg Up Farm as Family First Health at Leg Up Farm.

Leg Up Farm will remain an independent nonprofit and will continue providing mental health therapy, all equine-related services, nutrition counseling and its summer camp program. Clients who only utilize those services will not experience any changes to service delivery.

We know clients and families will have questions about what this means for their care and we want to be transparent about what can be expected during this transition. We’ll update this page as our partnership moves forward and you will receive clear information before any action is needed.
